Nick has 16 years of experience in investment and development agency throughout the UK. He started his career in 2005 with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) then worked for several boutique practices before a 10 year stint at Stirling Ackroyd where he was a Director and Shareholder before the business was sold in 2016 to Nick Dunning Associates.
Nick possesses a real understanding of the market place and has a detailed knowledge of specific demographics, market sentiment and developer criteria.
Over his time Nick has built up an unparalleled contact book of developers and investors which include boutique Prop companies, national housebuilders and Registered providers.
Nick has brokered numerous landmark transactions across London such as selling 190 units to a UK fund for Mount Anvil, a consented 330 bed student housing site for The Max Barney Estate and a 30 acre waterfront land assembly for a Overseas HNW investor.
Nick lives and breathes property and his off-market approach to opportunities is what keeps his network of contacts fuelled. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with is family, watching West Ham in Europe and playing golf.
